How much will solar cost for my home? Your system size will be determined by how much electricity you use, your available roof space, and your personal motivations. The SunWize representative will work with you to design the best system for your needs. They will perform a home evaluation, provide you with a proposal under the 1BOG pricing terms, and show your electricity savings and return on your investment.
1BOG negotiated pricing is set in stone for each campaign. A couple things like tricky roof types or ground mounted solar systems do cost more but we publish the full list of “adders” for you to see. 1BOG thinks transparent pricing makes going solar easier. We’ve done the negotiations ahead of time so you don’t have to do them in your living room.
Rebates! If you’re in the greater Los Angeles area, you may fall into SCE territory, LADWP, or one of the 13 city utilities, each which have a rebate program. There is also a 30% federal tax credit on top of those cash rebates. Our online estimation tool has exact values for SCE and LADWP, but for the 13 city utilities like Pasadena or Burbank, the SunWize representative will give you an quote with the proper rebates accounted for.
